Welcome to St. Paul’s Youth and Family Ministry page!
Our group is designed with 6th – 12th graders in mind. Over the year of 2022 we will be using God’s Word in and out of the building … meaning in our community and in the world around us. That means that our group will take the opportunity to do some service projects and family events; an intergenerational approach.
When we think of Youth & Family Ministry many people get the title confused. Let me break it apart for all to see. Youth is just that … youth in grades 6th – 12th but we have a Sunday school program that explores the Lutheran faith with elementary kids. Family is not just the youth family but ALL families. That is what makes this ministry intergenerational.
When we are all working together (intergenerationally) we begin to serve God in the community and in the world. With our youth as our center and focus, when we work together, we work together for the youth and those building their faith life. Which is all of us!
There we have it … YOUTH and FAMILY Ministry. Let us illuminate the path of Christ for all youth and families in our mission of “Being Renewed in Christ”.
